David F. McCameron


28 February 1947 – 2 October 2022

We have learned of the passing of another of our classmates. David Cameron passed away on October 2nd 2022 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville.  Our sincere condolences and sympathy go out to his daughter Kathryn and all of David’s family and friends in this time of loss.

Visitation will be 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday October 8, 2022 at Barry Wilson Funeral Home in Maryville, IL.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m., immediately following the visitation, on Saturday, October 8.  Burial will be in SS Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery in Collinsville.

Maxine (Dadara) Frizzell


3 Nov 1947 – 25 Sep 2022
We have learned of the passing of another classmate. Maxine Dadara Frizzell passed away on September 25th, 2022. Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, at Kassly-Meridith Funeral Home, Collinsville. Her complete obituary is now posted on the class website.

Michael Cristel

We have received word of the passing of classmate Mike Cristel. Mike passed away at St. Josephs Hospital in Highland on August 23, 2022, following a month stay there. He had undergone a difficult period of radiation treatment and chemotherapy, and in his final month had a stent and a pacemaker installed. The combination of all of this, along with the damage that his treatments had caused to his lungs, proved to be too much.

Our sincere condolences and sympathy go out to Mike’s wife Linda and all of his family and friends in this time of loss.

We have received word that classmate Keith Largent passed away on July 22, 2022 at his home in Mabalacat City, Philippines. Keith was a USAF Viet Nam veteran, and moved to the Philippines in 2009. Burial will be at Clark Veterans Cemetery in Angeles City, Philippines.

Our sincere sympathy and condolences go out to Keith’s wife Janet, and to all of his family and friends in this time of loss. Rest in peace Keith.

Terry Martin Bannister

Classmate Terry M. Bannister of League City, Texas, passed away on March 29th, 2022. A memorial service for Terry will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598. Terry was born May 21st, 1947. We have learned of the passing of another classmate. Bruce L. Mottin passed away on January 7th, 2022 at the McLeod Medical Center in Dillon, Illinois.

Robert “Bob” Zavaglia

We have learned of the passing of another member of our class.

Robert “Bob” Zavaglia passed away on December 11th, 2021 in Colorado. Our sincere condolences go out to Bob’s wife Cecelia and son Rob, and to all of his family and friends. Bob will be dearly missed.

JoAnn Reagan

We have been informed of the passing of another classmate. JoAnn Reagan passed away yesterday, July 30th, 2021. At her request there will be no service.

Our sympathy and condolences go out to all who loved and will miss JoAnn. May she rest in peace.

We have received word of the passing of classmate Dan Manning. Dan passed away on June 13, 2021 in New Mexico. Our understanding is that his remains will be cremated and then be interred in the Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe.
